Light of Hope
Every first Thursday of April, CASA for Hunt County, together with Child Protective Service holds a vigil as part of a national movement to bring attention to the plight of abused and neglected children by placing a candle on the steps of the Hunt County Courthouse as a symbol of hope for those children who are currently under the jurisdiction of the county child protection court. Taking Steps
CASA for Hunt County and the Crisis Center of Northeast Texas co-hosts an event at the Hunt County Courthouse: Taking Steps to End Child Abuse. This Courthouse ceremony recognizes efforts to battle child abuse. More
Each Year CASA for Hunt County sponsors a RAFFLE prize to be given away at the conclusion of the Hunt County Fair. Thanks to a kind donation, CASA for Hunt County has acquired an Adventure Play Sets Atlantis Wooden Swing Set as our raffle prize. A live drawing will be held on Saturday June 19, 2010 prior to the fair closing. More
JIS-Justice Is Served is our annual fundraiser we do every year. We will have a catered dinner and both, a silent and live auction on the evening of Sept. 11, 2010. More
